La Stone is the application of geo-thermal therapy, alternating deep penetrating hot and cold stones with massage strokes to relax and stimulate the muscles. The metasthetic energies of basalt stones are known generators of energy. The cold stones are white marble which compliments the male (black) stones with the yin/female energy.
